I find it quite disturbing that people believe our government can manage all the changes they plan for our new health care system when the government can't even prepare and manage the most simplest change. Case in point today is the payment of expenses under the GI Bill. According to this article, the government's inability to promptly pay for college expenses is causing a bit of distress for those veterans who desperately need the payments to continue education, graduate, and avoid eviction from housing. How many morons does it take to get it right?
