149. Drama Obama -- the Coffee Table

Did you ever meet someone that ONLY wanted to read/hear one side of the story and NEVER read/hear the other side? Being a dog I have that problem all the time since, unless I have a computer keyboard in front of me, nobody ever can understand my barking. But, in comes President Obama today to give his summary of the Job Summit meetings. He starts out with an encouraging note by saying he even stayed to sit in some of the detailed sessions. Then BAM! Which sessions do you think he sat in? By now you should have guessed they were the TWO that applied to HIS Agenda: The Green Jobs meeting that gave him ammo to continue to push the U.S. in an 18% reduction of emissions commitment ( Copenhagen) and $145T, and one large and small business owners perspectives that he came away with only that he is so-o-o-o committed to improving. But did he attend the one on alternative solutions to the problems facing businesses? No-o-o. He sent one of his lieutenants and then reported nothing about the need to CUT Taxes to get the businesses growing and HIRING people. What a one-way clown he has become. All his oratory talents wasted on bad policies and ego. A dog is very sensitive to both and ALWAYS knows when the wool is being pulled over his eyes. WOOF! WOOF! Let's wake up again! It's bad enough that it appears you are always arguing with a coffee table; does he always need to show us more scuffs on the table? I think I need to baby sit for my granddogs and let them chew on the legs awhile; maybe that will get some attention.
