155. "The Living Blood" by Tenanarive Due

"The Living Blood" by Tenanarive Due wasn't as good as her first book posted at #136. It was ok, but it was more like she thought she needed to add 50% more text to make it look more impressive than her first of this series. A lot of boring chapters that didn't add to the mystery of Dawit's bloodline. It did end hanging in anticipation of book 3. However, I don't think I can stand another one written like this.
