357. Terrorist Rights

Can't wait to see the details of the new Terrorist Rules. According to this article, a law was passed (yet again) before the details were written. Some of the bill allows OBlunder to determine whehter a Terrorist should be in military custody or not! Who's side is he on? The agencies or Congress couldn't decide? I certainly don't trust OBlunder who continues to present all kinf of actions against America in all areas! The FBI can no longer (we think) question the terrorist and will turn him/her over to the military instead. How much of this will be true depends on the details; yet, the overview tends to indicate this. Will we make it until the next President and administration takes over? Let's see: military budget getting axed; but, increase the cost of handling terrorists. Increase civilian court costs (requires more taxpayer $$$);when We the People are already wallet/purse-worn. I think we are way past time to IMPEACH for other reasons.
