356. Why do we PAY to talk to North Korea?

Here we go again. North Korea is like a pay phone: you have to PAY to TALK. We once again will spending our tax dollars on the phone call! When will our government wake up and finally accept that this does NOT work. Time and time again we have dished out money to North Korea to just keep them updated that we don't like what they are doing with NOTHING in return! STOP giving non-allies $$$$ ! PERIOD.
