This quote came from this article where O sprinkles fairy dust in front of We the People to get us to believe that his State of the Union words re building Nuclear plants AND creating jobs NOW were serious. I find it appalling that APPLICATIONS to build from companies that have already built plants in the past would take 1.25 to 2 years to SIMPLY APPROVE! Let's get on with it! What do you want to bet off-shore oil drilling will also be deferred until 2011+? I hate to keep beating the guy up, BUT his naive butt seems to be clouding all Common Sense!
