573. Keystone Pipeline jobs + Regulation jobs

Another pipeline leak. What will the fate of the Keystone Pipeline be? It has been approved -- at least that was the last word. What and when it will be built I do not know. But, for sure, and it seems necessary, better inspections and safety & operation regulations may be in order. Hence, the government may get a job kick as well as private sector.
