OBlunder will probably spin negative press about Exxon joining Russia on a $500B venture to develop technologies re drilling in the Arctic. But, is Exxon supposed to sit on its hands and wait for OBlunder to ACT? Thanks OBlunder for doing NOTHING once again to keep JOB, MONEY, and TECHNOLOGY in the America!
