Would you like to run a slideshow of your pictures (.jpg files)? Slideshow used to be available on a context menu BEFORE Microsoft removed it in one of their feature updates. Here is what you need to restore that function.
You can use REGEDIT to enter the information below manually, or much easier, copy/paste the following into a Notepad or Wordpad file. Save the file as SLIDESHOW.REG or anyname.REG. MUST have .REG file type suffix. Next, double click that file which will run it and add the contents to your Registry. (NOTE: EXPORT the Registry BEFORE doing this. Always safer to have a way to restore it if it doesn't work.) When it is finished adding the contents, RESTART you PC. It is now ready for you. go to FILE EXPLORER and on a .JPEG file, right-click to get the Context Menu where "SLIDESHOW" will now appear. Select it and ALL .jpeg files in the FOLDER containing the file you selected will begin to display, one after the other, round and round until you hit the ESC key to stop it. Enjoy.
