Missing Persons was fun to read.
It has an interesting intelligent plot with small town politics, a family of
evangelical con artists, some murders and a bit of romance. The characters are
unique. The dialogue between them is witty, often sarcastic and irreverent.
This is the first of the series. I am anxious to spend more time with Sheriff
Buddy Steel Jr. and the residents of Freedom. They are quite an entertaining
bunch.
